Hey there, happy last day of 2012! As I mentioned, Brandon and I have a lovely evening planned of relaxing and snuggling with Macky. Two of my very sweet friends even bought me champagne as a birthday gift, so it looks like we’ll even have some bubbly to toast at midnight. …If I make it til then. (Outlook not so good.)
So I have another vlog for you guys today, and this one is what happens when you unleash me in stores like Ulta with a little bit of birthday money. I finally picked up a few products that I’d been lusting after, as well as a few new ones I just discovered.
As you can see, a few new lip products made the cut…

And here is the Rimmel eyebrow pencil in Hazel, and the two NYX lipliners in Mauve and Nude Pink.
I think I’m most excited about the Benefit Hoola bronzer, and do not at all feed bad about splurging on that little gem.
And as far as my other favorite, the NYX Push Up Bra for Your Eyebrows is freaking amazing. This is one of those products I think I will have to hoard so I can have one strategically placed throughout purses, bathrooms and my desk at work. Love.

I only like it on special occasions, usually after 2 glasses it feels like my stomach is going to pop from all the bubbles.

yes yes yes! i use many of these… but i threw out my lip butter in the peach parfait shade. i think i got a bad batch because i had loved a sample i got and hated the actual product. mine had more glitter than lip butter and just lumped on, while my other lip butters never do that! so i blame the batch…

Have you tried any of the baby lips glosses? They are a little less sparkly but still taste/smell amazing.

LOVE Hoola. I initially bought it for contouring but now I use it as an all-over bronzer. It’s probably one of the VERY few bronzers that don’t have glitter, which makes me very happy.
And I can’t sing enough praises about Seche Vite. The fact I can use it and then five minutes later do laundry? Amazing. Best top coat ever.

Dang, you did well! I totally agree that bronzer is worth splurging on – especially if you live in a climate where you’re not seeing sun for the next 5 months. Uff da. Happy new year!!

I love the Revlon Lip butter Peach Parfait – I just used mine up and need to go get another one soon!! It’s the best!

I love the Hula bronzer. It’s the best I’ve ever used and I’m very picky about bronzers because they can be scary. I bought two of those Revlon lip stains and I’m still trying to figure out my feelings towards them. You know what I don’t like though? Maybelline Baby Lips. No color! It’s like a chapstick. What a waste and what’s up with the pedophile product name? Nope nope nope.
